Jaydee Canvot is a French professional footballer born on July 29, 2006, in Argenteuil, a Paris suburb. He plays primarily as a center-back and currently is signed with Crystal Palace, a Premier League club, on a four-year contract since September 2025. Canvot started his youth career at RFC Argenteuil, then moved to AS Bondy in 2015, and later joined Toulouse's youth setup in 2021. He also trained at the prestigious Clairefontaine academy, where he transitioned from an attacker to a defender.
Canvot made his professional debut for Toulouse's first team in Ligue 1 during the 2024-2025 season and gradually became a semi-regular starter both in defense and midfield. He is known for his athleticism, technical ability, versatility across defensive positions, and composure on the ball. After progressing at Toulouse, he transferred to Crystal Palace in 2025, where he has started to gain playing time in the Premier League.
At the international level, Canvot has represented France in various youth categories, including the U20 team, with whom he won the Maurice Revello Tournament in 2025.
